As a 38 year educator, Foster is aware of the rising costs of college and universities . He supports maintaining Fafsa funding while also looking for alternative solutions to college costs like

• private grants

• work while you learn programs

• more accountability for colleges to justify their tuition fees

• additional flexibility for student loans and opportunities for loan forgiveness

Foster is an advocate for finding solutions that already exist. Often there is funding available for these solutions yet it does not reach the intended recipients.

His mission will be to find all federal educational funding available for his constituents, use his influence with state leaders to secure all state level funding that is available, and leverage private community partnerships to provide opportunities for tuition relief for students in college or trade schools.
